This large well laid out lounge enjoys uninterrupted views of
the Mediterranean Sea and Mountains through a large double glazed window. Enjoy relaxing on the comfortable three seated settee watching the sun settle in the west displaying glorious sunsets.

For your entertainment, the lounge comes with Satellite T.V,
DVD player and radio/cassette /CD player. A further comfortable
two seater settee and coffee table complete the furniture
ensuring a very comfortable stay!

The lounge is fitted with a fully automatic air conditioning unit plus two attractive ceiling fan lights!

Kitchen

Features of this well equipped kitchen are:
Large capacity fridge freezer, microwave (with grill), electric
kettle, toaster, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker with hob! There is a plentiful supply of table ware, pots
and cutlery etc. to make eating in, should the need occur, as
easy as possible!

Dining Room

A wrought iron granite topped table and six cushioned chairs makes the dining room a comfortable place to sit and discuss
the day and days ahead whilst enjoying a meal from the well equipped kitchen. Or, as more than likely, a wonderful place
for entertaining friends for dinner before taking drinks on the veranda and watch the spectacular sunsets!

Roof Terrace

This large and open roof terrace (6.5 metres x 6 metres)
gives absolutely stunning views of the Mediterranean and nearby mountain range. Peace, tranquillity and spaciousness are a feature of this area. Lie on one of four luxury sun loungers, all
fitted with cushions.

Enjoy eating from a traditional North Cyprus barbecue which is conveniently sited on the terrace. Invite friends, which I am sure
you will find in plenty at TBV.

Esentepe Village has a number of butchers’ shops who will provide readily made shish kebabs and varieties of local meat produce to give that authentic feel during your relaxing stay!

to the gentle sound of the beautiful Mediterranean sea lapping against the shore!

Bedrooms

Comfortable double bed with wrought iron table and bedside lamps (not shown) dressing table with mirror makes this room ideal for a good nights sleep ready for another relaxing day at
Turtle Bay Village. A ceiling fan light and air conditioning are features of this room to make your comfort a priority.

With six fitted double wardrobes in place there is plenty of room
for clothing, bags etc.

Second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table with
bedside lamp (not shown) fan ceiling light and air conditioning.
Fitted wardrobes for easy storage.

Shower Rooms

High level with low level adaptable shower in shower cubicle
in this large and airy en-suite shower room. Low level w.c. and wash basin are fitted. Plentiful hot water is supplied either by
solar energy or emersion heater!
